Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with a variety of outdoor maintenance, construction, and gardening tasks. The successful candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of working in diverse environments. Previous experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or construction is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills across multiple disciplines within the industry. Must have own PPE and transport
Responsibilities
- Assisting with landscape maintenance
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Performing general maintenance tasks on site, including cleaning and minor repairs
- Supporting construction activities by moving materials and assisting tradespeople
- Ensuring work areas are kept tidy and safe at all times
- Following health and safety procedures diligently during all activities
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Construction experience or background in general maintenance is advantageous
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labour for extended periods
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
