Exciting opportunities to join our friendly and welcoming team at BS7 Gym.
BS7 Gym is located in Bishopston, just off Gloucester Road, at the Seat Unique Stadium, home to Gloucestershire County Cricket Club.
About the role
- Fulfil the role of a Fitness Instructor, including delivering gym inductions, personal training sessions, programming and teaching group exercise classes.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times, providing positive member interaction and a great customer experience.
- Act as an ambassador for the gym, promoting services and classes to members and new customers.
- Take pride in your work and workplace, ensuring the facilities are maintained to a high standard of presentation and cleanliness.
- Provide a visible presence on the gym floor to ensure support is available to members when required.
- Provide reception cover and support with administration duties as required, including answering telephone calls and operating the membership, booking and till systems.
About you
- You must hold a REPs/CIMSPA Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- We are looking for approachable, positive and customer-focused fitness professionals with strong team-working skills.
- You will be motivated to provide excellent advice and guidance to help members achieve their goals.
- You will need to have experience of, or be willing to learn, how to teach group exercise classes.
