Job Overview
- Salary: From £35,000 per year (Subject to experience)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site times)
- Base Location: Yard near Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire (Company vehicles are driven from this base)

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate an on-site team of up to four people.
- Project Management: Work with company directors to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Client Relations: Deliver high-level customer service through clear, daily communication.
- Resource Control: Manage team equipment, maintain machinery, and organise site materials.
- Site Management: Maintain strict health and safety standards while solving on-site variables proactively.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hard Landscaping: Confident working with high-end products like natural stone, porcelain, granite, and limestone. Skilled in stone laying, precise cutting, tied-in services, walling, and rendering.
- Groundworks: Proven experience with concreting, brickwork, drainage, sub-bases, and setting out levels.
- Plan Reading: Ability to read and interpret detailed site drawings and landscape designs.
- Tools & Machinery: Extensive experience operating and maintaining standard trade machinery.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional eye for detail, strong leadership qualities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Job Requirements
- Driving Licence: Full, clean driving licence.
- Transport: Must have your own transport to commute to our yard near Fenstanton.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel and stay away during the working week when required by the project.
- Plumbing (Bonus): Pipework and plumbing experience is beneficial but not essential.
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
