Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal specialising in Private Client matters to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in managing client files, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate planning papers.
- Conduct research on legal precedents, regulations, and relevant case law to support case preparation.
- Manage client files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.
- Ensure case management system is kept up to date and accurate.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Draft correspondence, and other legal documents using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings using organisational tools to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times.
- Support Solicitor's with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document review.
Qualifications
- Proven communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong organisational skills.
- Experienced in audio typing
- Experienced in case management systems.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of IT systems relevant to legal practice management.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience or education in law or paralegal studies is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Pay: £23,660.00-£25,500.00 per year
