Montgomery Domestics Ltd is a well-established and growing, domestic appliance repair company based in Liverpool. We proudly serve customers across Liverpool, Wirral and Chester. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for experienced Domestic Appliance Repair Engineers to join our friendly, supportive team.
We currently have a team of six experienced multi-brand engineers, including a dedicated technical support engineer. We have an experienced office team who carefully manage your diary, route your jobs efficiently, and provide ongoing support throughout your day should you need it.

The Role
Based at our office in Wavertree, you'll travel in a fully equipped company van to customers' homes, carrying out repairs on a wide range of domestic appliances. Our administration team carefully plans your daily schedule to minimise travel time and maximise efficiency, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service.
Job Details
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Permanent position
- Monday to Friday (8am-4:30pm)
- No mandatory weekend working
- Work primarily across Liverpool, Wirral and Chester
Responsibilities
· Deliver outstanding customer service at every visit.
- Diagnose faults and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes.
- Identify parts needed for repairs
- Work safely and professionally while following industry best practices.
- Always Represent Montgomery Domestics with professionalism.
Requirements
- At least 1 year's experience repairing domestic (white goods) appliances.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently whilst being part of a supportive team.
Desirable skills, but not essential
· Refrigeration trained R600
· Gas Safe Registered
