What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities.
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing and inspiring Early Years environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social development.
- Working alongside experienced teachers and Early Years professionals to help every child thrive.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification.
- Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Is caring, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Works well as part of a team and enjoys building relationships.
- Is excited by the opportunity to progress to a fully funded Level 3 qualification.
