```Duties```
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain and update company databases and systems
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Skills:
- Knowledge of Xero for financial management tasks
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use computerised systems effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Administrative and clerical skills, including typing and filing
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
