About the Role
We are looking for an organised and reliable IT Administration Assistant to support our internal IT and service desk operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is practical, detail oriented, and focused on day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and packing IT equipment (laptops, phones, peripherals) for delivery
- Shipping IT equipment to staff and customers, including arranging couriers and tracking deliveries
- Receiving and checking returned IT equipment
- Assist with maintaining equipment ticket queues (logging, updating, and chasing tickets where required)
- Keeping records of equipment, orders, and deliveries up to date
- Supporting general administrative tasks for the team
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling IT equipment
- Basic computer literacy (email, ticket systems, spreadsheets)
- Ability to follow processes accurately
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous admin or office experience
- Experience working with IT equipment or in an IT environment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Interest in IT or technology
