Application question(s):
- A parent sends you a long angry WhatsApp message at 7pm saying their child was treated unfairly in class. What do you do?
- You’re running a class alone and a 5-year-old starts crying, another student refuses to sit down, and a parent is waiting at the door to speak to you. What do you do first and why?
- You notice a colleague is regularly arriving 10 minutes late and leaving early without telling anyone. How do you handle this?
- We use AI tools to help us write and work more efficiently. Tell us about a time you used technology or a digital tool to work smarter, not harder.
- A child in your class is clearly very bright but keeps getting distracted and slowing the lesson down. What do you do?
- What does excellent communication look like to you? Please give us a real-life example of when your communication made a positive difference.
- If the Centre Instructor is away, you will be in charge. What do you think would be the hardest part of that for you, and how would you prepare for it? What happens next?
