We are a family run poultry business and have recently set up a new Laying Farm in Stalbridge, Dorset. We are looking for a full time member to join our team.

Applicants’ responsibilities would include:
- Caring for the chickens to the highest standard which would include regular daily welfare checks and support with feeding.
- Packing, grading and storing of eggs, using our automated systems to support.
- Supporting the manager in their role.
- General maintenance.
While experience of working with Poultry is desirable, we would consider those who have the right qualities and a willingness to learn. An agricultural background is a plus. Successful candidates will:
- Have excellent time keeping and attendance
- Have a positive attitude towards work
- Have a commitment to maintaining the welfare of the birds.
- Have good attention to detail
- Work well as part of a team and independently
- Have transport and can commute reliably to work
Must be able to commute within 30 minutes to work.
Hours of work: 6.30 - 2.30pm (8 hours typically)
Working pattern: 5 days a week with one day to include a weekend day.
Wages are competitive and will be discussed depending on your level of experience.
