We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary teams across a number of outlets. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and team management to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen teams to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation consistently.
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring efficient preparation, cooking, and serving of menu items.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards while catering to customer preferences.
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene regulations across all kitchen activities.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
