Duties
- Perform professional nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering expert advice on beauty treatments and products
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health and safety standards to ensure client safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and deliver tailored beauty solutions
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and recommend suitable follow-up services or products
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to continually elevate service quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician
- Skilled in nail artistry, and customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills in English to engage confidently with diverse clients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail technicians or beauty therapists is preferred
