eBay Shop Assistant – Engine Parts Business

We are a busy and growing company specialising in engine parts, and we’re looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to manage our eBay shop and assist with sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create, list, and delist products on eBay
· Respond to customer messages and resolve any issues professionally
· Prepare and send invoices
· Handle counter sales and assist walk-in customers
· Answer and manage calls on the company landline
· Contact garages and workshops by phone to promote our products and generate new sales
· Build relationships with new and existing customers
· Carry out regular stock checks and coordinate with our warehouse team
· Help improve listings and product presentation to boost sales
Requirements:
· Experience with eBay Seller Hub or similar online sales platforms (preferred)
· Good communication skills (written and verbal)
· Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with trade customers
· Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, etc.)
· Knowledge of engine parts or automotive industry is an advantage, but not essential
