Trainee Property Manager

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Property Manager to join our team and develop within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will be:

A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.

What a trainee property manager role involves:
- Shadowing the existing property managers on their daily duties such as: attending the sites we manage and logging any issues discovered and promptly resolving those
- Attending residents and directors meetings with the property managers and assisting with taking notes and writing up minutes
- Assisting the property managers with resident concerns and queries and assisting with obtaining and sourcing quotes for works and maintenance
- Learning the role of a property manager which includes gaining customer service experience (answering calls and emails)
- Learning compliance and health and safety matters connected to block management
Working Hours
9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
