Waste Yard Operative (Full-Time)

We are a well-established waste recycling company based in Beeston, Leeds, and we are currently recruiting full-time Waste Yard Operatives to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role working in our waste recycling yard. Duties include manual handling of waste materials, waste picking and sorting recyclable materials to help maximise recycling and minimise landfill.
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided, including:
- Health & Safety training
- Manual handling training
- Site procedures and safe working practices
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working as part of a team.

Working days:
Monday to Saturday (5 or 6 days per week, depending on the rota).
