About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Finance Sales Support Assistant to join our finance brokerage and provide essential support to our sales team.
You will play a key role in helping our sales team manage customer applications efficiently, ensuring all required documentation and information is collected, accurately recorded and uploaded to our CRM system.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within financial services, with full training and support provided.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with the administration of customer finance applications.
- Requesting and collating proofs and supporting documentation from customers.
- Reviewing documents to ensure all required information has been provided.
- Following up with customers where documents or information are outstanding.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurately uploaded and recorded within the CRM.
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer requests by telephone and email.
- Keeping customer records and application information accurate and up to date.
- Liaising with the sales team to ensure applications progress smoothly.
- Monitoring outstanding information and highlighting any issues or delays.
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team.
- Ensuring customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
- Working in accordance with company processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Previous experience in finance, financial services, sales administration, customer service or a brokerage environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
