Position: Night Porter
We are seeking a reliable and confident Night Porter to join our friendly team.
This is a night shift role, working 5 nights per week from 10:00pm to 6:00am on Tuesday to Saturday.

Job Role:
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property during the night
- Conduct routine checks of the premises and report any maintenance issues
- Provide a welcoming and efficient service to guests with late-night needs or enquiries
- Assist in setting up function rooms for upcoming events
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas and complete general housekeeping duties
- Follow check-in/check-out procedures as needed
- Prepare detailed handovers for the morning team and report any incidents to management
- Work independently and respond calmly and efficiently to any emergencies
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone confident in lone working and able to take initiative during overnight shifts
- Previous experience in a reception or night porter role preferred
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Good computer literacy
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour
