As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse Manager (PM Shift) to manage and optimise our warehouse operations in our large Hunslet site.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of a small team
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Check incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
- Optimise warehouse space utilisation and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Resolve issues related to shipped or received orders promptly.
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities and operations.
- Manage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfilment processes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records accurately.
- Coordinate logistics and liaise with other departments for smooth operations.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Handle customer queries and complaints related to warehouse operations professionally.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse management
- Strong people management skills

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
