Just The Ticket is a well-established, family-run independent garage based in New Malden. We have built our reputation on delivering honest advice, exceptional workmanship and first-class customer service. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Master Technician / Senior Vehicle Technician to join our expanding workshop.
Operating from a modern facility with 14 vehicle ramps, 3 MOT bays and a dedicated gearbox refurbishment department, we work on all makes and models, carrying out everything from routine servicing to complex diagnostics, engine repairs and major mechanical work.

The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of repairs and diagnostics, including:
- Advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
- Electrical and mechanical diagnostics
- Engine repairs
- Clutch replacements
- Timing belt and timing chain replacement
- DPF investigations
- Major mechanical repairs
- Engine rebuilds
- Vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Working to the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced technician who has:
- Proven experience as a Senior Technician, Master Technician or highly experienced Vehicle Technician
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills (essential)
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems across multiple manufacturers
- The ability to work independently while supporting junior technicians when needed
- A commitment to producing high-quality work, even under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to explain technical issues clearly to the service team
- A clean and organised approach to their work
- A full UK driving licence
