Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
