Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 2/ 3 to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children in your care
- Supervise children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and daily routines
- Manage daily routines such as meal times, naps, and outdoor play with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization within the nursery
- Support the professional development of junior staff members through guidance and leadership
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Level 2 / 3 Qualified
- Demonstrated management or leadership skills within a childcare environment
- Strong understanding of child development principles and childcare best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Valid childcare or nursery qualification (e.g., Level 3 Childcare Certificate or equivalent)
- Experience working with diverse groups of children from different backgrounds
- Valid driving license is preferred for transporting children or attending off-site activities

Pay: £26,832.00-£27,040.00 per year
