We are looking for multi-trade handymen/women to join our expanding team and provide general maintenance and repair services for our clients. The successful candidate will have experience across the trades, ideally including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general home repairs. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret job sheets and instuctions.
- Ability to repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and general works.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
Our offices are Kennington, SE11 and our work is mainly SE, Central, SW and West London.
We use Commusoft scheudling software, training will be provided if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £170.00-£230.00 per day
