Coffee Shop Manager – Portsmouth Harbour Train Station
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 5:30am – 1:30pm
We're looking for an experienced and energetic Coffee Shop Manager to manage our brand NEW coffee shop at Market Harborough Station.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves coffee and thrives in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
About the Role
As Coffee Shop Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop, including managing a small team, stock control, keeping things running smoothly, and ensuring every customer walks away with exceptional coffee and service.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve top-quality coffee quickly and consistently to busy commuters.
- Lead all aspects of the shop's daily operations including ordering stock and manage inventory efficiently.
- Manage and motivate a small team, including rotas, staff training, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock display, and coffee quality.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong barista skills – you must be confident making great coffee, fast.
- Previous café or coffee shop experience is highly advantageous.
- A hands-on, proactive manager who leads by example.
- Friendly, positive, and able to deliver excellent customer service under pressure.
- Organised, efficient, and able to multitask.
- A genuine passion for coffee and people.
