We are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join our established conveyancing team based at our Birchington office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a busy and well-regarded department handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.
Applications are welcome from solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, licensed conveyancers and experienced residential conveyancers.
You will manage your own caseload of residential transactions and should be able to demonstrate experience in a broad range of work including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, remortgages and lease extension matters. You will enjoy working in a fast-moving professional environment and take pride in delivering a high standard of client care.

Flexible working

Salary and hours
Salary will be competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
This is a permanent position with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm if you take on the role on a full-time basis.
