We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Neighbourhood Cleaner to help maintain our neighbourhoods and communal spaces to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is passionate about delivering excellent service to customers.
Reporting to the Neighbourhood Services Manager (Cleaning), you'll play a key role in ensuring the places our customers call home remain clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Location: the role covers Bury St Edmunds, Attleborough, Thetford, Sudbury, Cambridge, Mildenhall, Brandon, and surrounding areas.
Hours: Full Time - 37 hpw - Monday to Thursday 06:30-14:30, Friday 06:30-14:00
Contract: Permanent + Company Van
As a Neighbourhood Cleaner, you'll carry out a range of cleaning and maintenance activities, including:
hoovering and mopping communal areas
high and low-level dusting
litter picking and site tidying
ensuring cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
taking responsibility for cleaning equipment and its safe use
following health and safety procedures at all times
working collaboratively within a customer-focused team
helping us deliver value for money by working efficiently and effectively
We're seeking someone who:
has experience within the cleaning industry
can operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
holds a full UK driving licence
has good communication and problem-solving skills
is comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
takes a proactive approach to their work
works well both independently and as part of a team
is committed to delivering excellent standards of service
