Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials to ensure facilities are fully equipped
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach
