About the Role:
London is one of the world’s strongest centres for business, consulting, finance, and professional services, and at Wisemen Consulting Group Ltd, we bring that same standard of ambition into the way we build long term client and partner relationships.
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships who can take ownership of our partnership strategy, strengthen commercial relationships, and identify new opportunities for business growth. This role is not just about networking or maintaining contacts. You will be responsible for building meaningful partnerships that support company growth, improve market reach, and create measurable value for both our clients and the business.
You will work closely with senior leadership, client advisory, operations, and commercial teams to develop partnership plans, manage key accounts, and ensure that our external relationships are aligned with the company’s long term objectives.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our office is based in London, close to major business, finance, and consulting networks. We value a professional, focused, and collaborative workplace where people are trusted to take ownership and deliver strong results.
Strategic Impact: Partnerships are central to our growth. You will have a direct role in shaping the company’s commercial direction and strengthening our position in the market.
Professional Client Base: You will work with business clients, service partners, and internal stakeholders across consulting, operations, and advisory services.
Growth: You will have the opportunity to develop new partnership channels, improve commercial processes, and help build a stronger long term growth strategy for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy: Develop and lead the company’s strategic partnership plan, identifying opportunities that support revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, business clients, referral networks, and external stakeholders.
Commercial Development: Work with senior leadership to identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate partnership terms, and support business development initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including client advisory, operations, marketing, and finance to ensure partnerships are delivered effectively.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new partnership opportunities and areas for growth.
Performance Tracking: Create reports on partnership performance, pipeline activity, revenue contribution, and strategic progress.
Contract and Proposal Support: Support the preparation of partnership proposals, commercial agreements, presentations, and client facing documents.
Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, partner discussions, and industry related activities.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6 or more years of experience in partnerships, business development, client relationship management, consulting, or commercial strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role.
Commercial Mindset: You understand how to identify opportunities, build business cases, manage pipelines, and turn relationships into measurable business value.
Relationship Skills: You are confident building trust with senior stakeholders, partners, and clients, and you know how to manage long term professional relationships.
Strategic Thinking: You can see the bigger picture, assess market opportunities, and create partnership plans that support company growth.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required. You should be confident presenting ideas, leading meetings, and preparing clear commercial documents.
Negotiation Skills: You are comfortable discussing commercial terms, managing expectations, and working toward agreements that benefit all parties.
Mindset: You are proactive, professional, commercially aware, and confident working in a fast moving business environment where strong judgement and relationship management are essential.
