We are an independently owned 9 bedroomed boutique country hotel just outside of Sandwich offering high end accommodation and first class hospitality to our guests.
We are a small and supportive team in the restaurant and are looking to welcome a new member to the team to work as a Cocktail Barman. The work will be mainly evenings including weekends.
Reporting to the Manager, our ideal candidate would be confident, highly presentable and outgoing. We expect you to be fabulous at working a bar and making high end cocktails, diligent, hardworking and trustworthy. You should have a solid background in barwork with an emphasis on cocktail making. Your duties would include working a busy restaurant bar, stocktaking, maintaining cleanliness, stock rotation, welcoming guests, making and serving drinks, handling money, working the till, closing shifts. Your shifts would be evenings including weekends.
