The Role
As a Further Education Supply Lecturer, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to further education learners.
- Teach pre-planned lessons and programmes across your specialist subject area.
- Support learners in achieving their academic and vocational goals.
- Create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom management.
What We're Looking For
- Previous teaching, lecturing, training, or industry experience within your specialist subject area.
- A passion for education and learner development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant qualifications within your subject area are desirable.
- Teaching qualifications are advantageous but not essential for all opportunities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
