Experienced Garment Cutter
Ethically Sourced Products is a high-end clothing manufacturer operating from a newly built, modern, air-conditioned factory.
We are currently looking to recruit a full-time, experienced Garment Cutter to join our growing team.
The successful candidate’s main responsibility will be to load and operate a modern automated fabric spreading machine, using their experience and knowledge gained from working in a similar garment manufacturing environment.
Full training will be provided on the automated spreading equipment. However, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on a garment cutting table and have a good understanding of fabric handling and the garment cutting process.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working on a garment cutting table
- Previous experience within a garment manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of fabrics and garment cutting processes
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
- Good spoken English is essential for communication and understanding workplace instructions
- Willingness to learn and operate modern automated equipment

Hours of Work & Employment Terms:
- 4-day working week: Monday to Thursday
- Working hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm
- No weekend work
- Full-time position only – part-time hours and job shares will not be considered
