The Education Access Service supports vulnerable children and young people to achieve their potential and contribute positively to their communities. We are seeking a motivated and resilient Inclusion Support Officer to join our established team during an exciting period of development at Shropshire Council.
The successful candidate will be committed to inclusion, have experience within a relevant setting, and be confident working independently and collaboratively with families and partner agencies. The role involves managing a caseload of children not in school, building positive professional relationships, and ensuring compliance with statutory duties and relevant legislation.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people while helping to shape the future of our service.
