March is a specialised regulatory-preparation workspace built to help adult social care providers confidently prepare for CQC inspections. It works across every adult social care setting — supported living, domiciliary, residential, nursing and beyond.
Think of CQC as the "Ofsted for care." Under the CQC Single Assessment Framework, getting an inspection wrong can close a business. Most providers are drowning in unmapped policies, loose spreadsheets and disorganised evidence folders. March fixes that. The platform:
- Maps evidence — reads and organises a provider's active operational files against the 34 CQC Quality Statements.
- Identifies gaps honestly — shows exactly where compliance stands, with no "false-green" vanity metrics. We never show a provider a "Good" they haven't earned.
- Guides data-security readiness — a built-in self-assessment workspace that maps and tracks a provider's evidence against the 5 Cyber Essentials technical controls and the 10 NHS DSPT standards (45 evidence items). It's a readiness workspace, not a certifier.
- Hosts active policies — a library of CQC-compliant Policies & Procedures that staff can digitally read, sign and log.

We're seeking independent, self-employed Commercial Partners and Affiliate Specialists to introduce March to providers and consultants across England.
The opportunity — uncapped, lifetime recurring commission
You earn a 20% commission on every subscription you secure, paid every month for as long as the provider stays a paying customer — not just the first year. Your income builds month on month into a stable, recurring revenue stream.
What you could earn per provider:
- A single-service provider: about £40/month (~£478/year, recurring).
- A small provider group: about £100–£160/month (~£1,200–£1,900/year, recurring).
- Consultancy / multi-site projects: £400–£1,000 per project.
Securing just 10 single-service providers creates a stable, recurring ~£400/month; group accounts scale that significantly. No territory limits, no ceiling. (Illustrative examples — not a guarantee of earnings.)
What you'll do
- Introduce March to adult social care providers — domiciliary care owners, supported-living managers, and the independent consultants who support them.
- Deliver short web demonstrations — we give you a pre-populated partner demo account, pitch scripts and slides; no technical background needed.
- Build a pipeline of interested providers and follow up.
- Represent March with total integrity — this is a trust product, and we sell it honestly.
Who we're looking for (any of these)
- Independent care consultants & mock-inspectors — introduce March as your clients' daily compliance workspace, earning 20% lifetime commission on the software while keeping 100% of your own consultancy fees.
- Connected care professionals — former Registered Managers, regional networkers or social-care recruiters with active, trusted relationships in the sector.
- B2B SaaS sales professionals — experienced software sellers who can open doors and pitch outcomes, not features.
- Freelance agents already selling to care homes (insurance, training, rotas, clinical supplies) who want a high-value add-on for existing client meetings.
You don't need a technical background. If you communicate clearly, have professional drive, and are comfortable working independently and remotely, the product's value does the heavy lifting.
