Join as a Supply Site Supervisor
We are looking for dedicated Site Supervisors to join our Estates Team through our supply staff bank. With flexible, part-time or full-time roles, we offer the opportunity to support our team by securing school premises, covering holidays and staff absences, and relieving pressure on our Estates Team. Your key responsibilities will include conducting regular site checks, supporting general maintenance tasks, and ensuring the security and upkeep of the school buildings. You will work closely with our Estates Team to maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment, making this an ideal role for individuals seeking flexible work while contributing to the smooth operation of our school community.
The Role
As a site supervisor your key responsibilities will include securely locking and unlocking of our school buildings in coordination with our Estates Team, conducting building and grounds checks and maintaining the cleanliness of the site by ensuring waste is collected and disposed of appropriately. You may also be responsible for escorting contractors on-site to oversee works being carried out. On occasion, you may be asked to undertake general repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs. You will work closely with Regional Site Managers and the Assets, Health and Safety Manager as part of a dedicated Estates Team, contributing to the safety and functionality of our school environment.
