We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Locality Therapy and Nursing Services leadership team. You will work in partnership with clinical leaders and professional leads to ensure services are safe, effective, responsive and well-led.
You will be accountable for service performance, workforce planning, financial management and governance, ensuring that quality, activity and productivity objectives are achieved. You will use data and insight to support decision-making, drive improvement and address challenges proactively.
A significant part of the role involves leading change. You will support service redesign, transformation programmes and pathway development, helping teams respond to growing demand while improving outcomes and experience for patients.
You will also work closely with colleagues across the Trust and wider health and care system, building strong relationships with partners, commissioners and stakeholders to shape future services and deliver shared priorities. Research, innovation and continuous quality improvement will be central to your approach.
