Multi Trades Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of an established screeding contractor based in Henley-in-Arden, who are looking for an experienced and reliable Class 2 Driver to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving to various construction sites across the Midlands and further afield, delivering screeding product to customers and site teams.
The delivery process is largely computerised at the receiving end, so your main responsibilities will be getting the product safely and efficiently to site, operating the vehicle correctly, and maintaining a professional approach with customers and site personnel.
Typical working hours are 6:00am–4:00pm, although start and finish times can vary depending on the day's deliveries. Some days may involve an earlier start and earlier finish.
Pay
- £19.00 per hour to start
- Up to £21.00 per hour once fully competent with the product and role
- Permanent position available for the right candidate
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (C) licence
- Full Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
- Good knowledge of UK roads
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Comfortable travelling across the Midlands and further afield when required
- Willingness to learn the product and delivery process

Full training will be provided on the product and delivery process, with the opportunity to increase your hourly rate to £21 per hour once competent.
