As Learning Support Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for a diverse range of students, including those with mild SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). The role involves providing tailored support to individuals or small groups, ensuring every student has the chance to thrive academically and personally. Whether it's assisting with classroom activities, delivering one-to-one sessions, or collaborating with teachers and parents, Learning Support Assistants play a vital role in empowering students to reach their full potential.
Experience supporting children and possessing a clean DBS are essential for this role, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the students. If needed, we can assist you with obtaining a DBS. If you have previous experience working with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), that's fantastic – it's a bonus that is highly valued! Your relevant experience could come from a variety backgrounds, whether it's in a similar classroom setting, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, or even personal parenting experience!
The Role: Learning Support Assistant (Full Time)
· Camberley, Surrey.
· Mon-Fri – 8:30am-3:30pm.
· £95-£100 per day.
· Local transport links & on-site parking.
