The purpose of this 12 month contract is to support the COO in the development and delivery of people focussed cultural change initiatives, recruitment approaches and organisational structures within our Group Services teams, and to provide a high-quality HR advisory service to directors, line managers and employees.
Candidates will:
Have at least 5 years' experience in an HR advisory role
Experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred
Ideally fully CIPD qualified
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable to engage and converse across all levels
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-starter with initiative and confidence
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
