Procurement & Technical Buyer
About the Role
SIP Kits UK designs and manufactures Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) kits for homes and commercial buildings. We are looking for a Procurement & Technical Buyer to source and purchase materials, ensuring everything is ordered correctly and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase materials from trusted suppliers.
- Build and maintain good supplier relationships.
- Read basic technical drawings to identify the correct materials.
- Work closely with the design and production teams.
- Negotiate the best prices while maintaining quality.
- Ensure materials are ordered on time to meet production schedules.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing or construction preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A proactive approach and good problem-solving skills.

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
