Shift Pattern:
- Days: 4 shifts per week on a 3 week rotating shift pattern, 06:40 – 17:10 (40 hours)
- Days: Tuesday – Saturday, 06:40 – 17:10 (50 hours)
- Nights: Monday – Friday 17:10 – 01:40 (40 hours) – part time to be considered
What you will do:
- To support with the general production of our chicken products, duties will include: operating machinery, packing, and keeping the production area clean and tidy.
- Abiding to Food Safety, Hygiene and COSHH to ensure safe production of our products.
- Duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the factory needs.
What you will need:
- Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
- Enjoy working to targets in a fast-paced environment
- Possess high standards of work
- Have a basic level of both written and verbal English
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ideally have experience of working within the food production industry, however, this is not necessary as full training will be provided.
Pay and Benefits:
- 1) Rate of Pay - £13.79 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
- 2) Rate of Pay - £14.49 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
- 3) Rate of Pay - £14.56 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
