Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Carer to provide high-quality support to individuals in their homes or care settings. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure the wellbeing of those in their care. Duties
- Assist clients with personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with mobility and daily activities to promote independence
- Follow individualised care plans to meet specific needs
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professional
- Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times
- Female carer only
Experience
- Previous experience working within a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to adapt support accordingly
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence is and own car is essential
- Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
