Due to expansion we are looking for additional drivers/Porters/2 man crews up to 7 days a week available. We are looking for immediate starts. This will be a 4 on 4 off rotation so mist be able to work weekends.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Van Driver & Porters (2nd men) to join our team in the transportation and logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving vans to transport goods and materials to customer's houses. All roles are for 2 man crews, so if you come as a crew that is ok, we can provide porters for drivers and are actively seeking both due to continued growth of the contract.
Duties:-
- Load and unload items from the van, ensuring safe handling of all products
- Perform commercial driving duties adhering to road safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with customer services and customers to coordinate collection
- Use app on your smartphone to perform delivery duties- making pre calls - taking pictures and completing each delivery.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and promptly- Assist with heavy lifting when required
Skills:- Proven experience as a Van Driver or similar role- Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record- Familiarity with delivery procedures- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients- Strong organisational skills to manage collections schedules efficiently
Must have a working smart phone with data for this role
Safety boots are a must
Must wear black t-shirt, black bottoms (no sportswear) safety boots and high-viz vest or jacket that fastens all the way around, can't be open at the front and must have a working smartphone with data.
