Doncaster Van Centre is a family-run business with over 20 years' experience in the motor trade. We specialise in quality used van sales, van hire and outstanding customer service. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly, motivated and organised Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

The Role
No two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them throughout their journey from initial enquiry to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, website and social media.
- Qualify leads and arrange appointments.
- Assist customers with vehicle sales and van hire enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and sales paperwork.
- Keep our CRM and customer records up to date.
- Advertise and update vehicle listings online.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support the day-to-day running of the dealership.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Previous customer service, sales or motor trade experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential as full training will be provided.
- Full UK driving licence held for over 2 years
