Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of barbers, ensuring they deliver professional haircuts and grooming services.
- Assist clients with their styling needs, providing expert advice on haircuts, styles, and grooming products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the salon environment
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Promote a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and leadership.
Skills
- Proven experience in barbering with advanced skills in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Effective communication skills in English is essential
- Ability to work under pressure whilst delivering consistent quality standards
