We are a small nursery in Chingford, London E4. Our Baby Room has a maximum of 9 babies. We are looking for a NVQ/CACHE Level 3 qualified, experienced Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about working with babies to hep support their development meeting the requirements of the EYFS and our inspecting body Ofsted. The ideal candidate should take equal responsibility with other 3 practitioners for planning interesting and varied curriculum that is based on the needs of the babies in our care. Be able to develop professional partnerships with all staff, parents and other professionals as well as outside agencies. Be able to take responsibility for Health and Safety and Safeguarding on a daily basis. Supervise babies during indoor and outdoor activities as well as while out on walks and be able to build trusting relationships with the babies in our care. We have a friendly team of staff members most of whom come from the local community. Good knowledge of the EYFS is a must but training will be provided where necessary.
