RG Group is looking for a motivated Preconstruction Assistant to join our growing Preconstruction team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in preconstruction, planning, and project delivery, supporting Design & Build projects across commercial, residential, retail, and industrial sectors.
You’ll work closely with experienced construction professionals on live tenders and early-stage project planning, gaining full exposure to the preconstruction lifecycle.
This role would suit someone with a T Level / HNC (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting tender submissions and logistics plans
- Assisting with design coordination and planning
- Helping develop construction methodologies and programmes
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and design teams
- Supporting live project reporting and updates
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
