Role Overview
TRiBE is looking for skilled and passionate Baristas to join our team for our exciting new restaurant opening. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
As a Barista at TRiBE, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages
- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests
- Take orders and handle payments when required
- Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques
- Frothing of milk and coffee techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
