This position would be based at the Company’s head office situated in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.
The Production Coordinator reports directly to the Managing Director and Sales Director.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record as a Production Coordinator.
The main roles with this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsibility for the preparation and updating of the production programme.
- Liaise with clients on all matters relating to delivery, installation and site works.
- Liaise with the shop floor supervisor on all matters relating to production, site work and shop floor personnel.
- Responsibility for recruitment of shop floor personnel, either directly or with agencies, in conjunction with the Managing Director.
- Process data for the monthly payroll of shop floor personnel.
- Liaise with the Company’s electrical project engineers and draughting engineers together with all administrative personnel.
