Registered Manager – Supported Accommodation (16+)

Salary: £36,000–£42,000 + on‑call allowance + progression
Help shape a safe, supportive 16+ service where young people build independence, stability, and confidence. INT Hub Ltd is looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted‑approved supported accommodation service for 16–17 year olds.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will lead a small, committed team providing high‑quality support to young people preparing for adulthood. You will:
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the supported accommodation service
- Lead and develop staff, ensuring consistent, nurturing practice
- Manage safeguarding, risk assessments, and care planning
- Maintain compliance with the Supported Accommodation Regulations (2023)
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners
- Lead on audits, inspections, and continuous improvement
- Participate in the senior on‑call rota
Our support model includes daytime on‑site support, evening floating support, and a 24/7 on‑call system to ensure young people receive the right help at the right time.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in supporting vulnerable young people aged 16–17
- Confident in leading teams and managing services
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding and supported accommodation requirements
- Skilled in decision‑making, risk management, and crisis response
- Values‑driven, resilient, and passionate about empowering young people
- DBS + reference checks required
