Join a newly formed Intellectual Property team supporting Jersey’s enhanced trade mark register. Reporting to the Senior Trade Mark Manager, you’ll help shape a developing function within the JFSC. You’ll examine trade mark, patent and design applications, interpret legislation and case law, maintain accurate registers, and deliver efficient, high-quality registry services. You’ll meet service standards, support continuous improvement, and provide reliable operational support.
Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, organisation and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This role suits a proactive, adaptable individual who can work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively. Intellectual Property experience is desirable but not essential.
