Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Supervise and support HR staff in their daily activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, performance management, and development programmes.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while staying updated on industry trends.
Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
- Familiarity with HR software such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey policies and foster employee engagement
- Expertise in ATS platforms for recruitment processes and candidate tracking
- Solid data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic planning
- Demonstrated presentation skills for training sessions, meetings, and stakeholder updates
